1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
At Monarkz LLC, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted via email to [email protected] within exactly 7 days of the transaction.
- The account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy or Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms.
- Usage Limitation: If you have sent more than 100 messages via the API during the 7-day period, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the request based on service consumption.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain costs are non-refundable:
- WhatsApp Conversation Fees: Any fees paid directly to Meta for "User-Initiated" or "Business-Initiated" conversations are non-refundable as they are consumed in real-time.
- Setup Fees: Any one-time professional setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
4. Post 7-Day Policy
After the initial 7-day window has passed, Monarkz LLC maintains the sole authority to deny refund requests. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service or for accounts that have remained active beyond the 7-day eligibility period.
5. Refund Process
Once your request is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Stripe/PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle if the 7-day window has passed.
